Manual and Automatic Gearboxes A Speciality
An expert in A series transmissions, any fault will be diagnosed and rectified. Typical Gearbox rebuild will take 4 hours, excluding removal from car and refitting. Full competition gearbox preparation service, from fitting Limited slip Differentials and Dog box kits to central oil pickup pipes and magnetic plugs.
Tyres Supplied and Fitted
All makes of tyres can be supplied. Fitting is included in the price quoted.
Unfortunately we do not offer a balancing service,
but fitting includes removal and re-fitting to the car.
Unleaded Cylinder head conversions
We can arrange the machining work needed to convert an older Mini to run on unleaded petrol. We can offer an exchange service, with a little notice, so that your car is off the road for the minimum length of time
ECU Diagnostics
We have recently purchased diagnostic equipment to help us fault find on the newer
Minis with fuel injection. If you have running problems, we can use the equipment,
along with our in depth knowledge to quickly pin point the problem.
Diagnostics available for SPi and MPi Minis.
MOT Preparation Work
Although we are not an MOT testing station, all preparation and remedial work can be carried out and, with prior arrangement you can leave your car overnight and it will be taken for the test to Scott Vehicle Services at no extra cost to yourself.
Flatbed recovery truck available for Mini Movement
We have an arrangement with a local Mini friendly Recovery Man, ideal
if you have a Mini that doesn't go, we can get it brought in at a reasonable cost.
